Our Process
After many years of experimentation, we’ve developed a seamless filming and photoshoot process to produce impactful visuals that help you reach your goals.
Step 1. Pre-Production
Company Research
We’ll kick off our video or photoshoot project by meeting with you to gain a thorough understanding of your business, the goals we aim to achieve with your visuals, and where you want to deliver your ads—whether on social media, TV, websites, or other platforms.
Step 2. Pre-Production
Brainstorming & Outlining
Next, after our initial meeting, we start brainstorming ideas for the project. From there, we outline the best idea concept that will give you the most impact. I will then send you the ideas via email or schedule another meeting call to discuss further.
Step 3. Pre-Production
Script Writing, Storyboarding & Mood broad
After we finalise the idea, we move on to Script Writing, Storyboarding & Mood-board Creation, where we develop the script, create a visual plan, and design a mood-board to establish the style, tone, and overall aesthetic for the project
Step 4. Pre-Production
Location Scouting & Casting
In this step, we find the best locations and cast for your video or photoshoot project. Once finalised, we ensure all necessary legal documents and permissions are in place before moving forward.
Step 5. Production
This is when the magic happens.
In production, we handle everything involved in the planning and execution of the filming. This can include locations, equipment, models, and the production crew.
Step 6 Post-Production
After production, we head back to the editing bay to craft your project. This involves working through key process:
Editing Photo
After the shoot, we move on to Photo Editing ,where we enhance and refine the images to match the desired style and quality, ensuring they align perfectly with your brand and vision.
Editing Video
While editing, we’ll craft the story from cutting and arranging scenes to adding transitions and special effects.
Color Correction
The colors captured during the filming process may look different from scene to scene. So, in color correction, we balance the colors to look realistic and cinematic.
Sound Design
Using pro-grade audio equipment, we optimise the audio captured from filming and interweave music and sound effects to give your viewers an immersive experience.
Step 7. Delivery
Once completed and approved, we’ll deliver your video in the required formats along with the source files, should you need them for future projects. We also store these assets locally for a period of at least 2 years just in case you ever lose these files.
